Our complete program includes two personal training sessions per week in addition to individually designed programming, completed on your time at our studio.

One-on-one sessions are one hour in length, using various types of resistance-training equipment in a private studio. We normally recommend 2+ training sessions per week. To the elite athlete, personal training is more likely to be sport specific conditioning leading to improved power, speed, and endurance.
