Some athletes can’t make it to the studio; for them, we have remote online fitness coaching.
Remote coaching clients receive weekly workout schedules, complete with videos to demonstrate the movements. Our FITBOT software allows you to record your progress and attach videos, so you can get personalized feedback from Coach G.
Individualized Remote Coaching Includes:
- Fully personalized programming and coaching for fitness and nutrition based on your goals and abilities. Our expert coach will write a program weekly, including both nutrition and exercise, that is designed specifically for YOU.
- Initial Nutritional Consultation and ongoing nutritional monitoring and support
- Accountability through personal or virtual consults every 4-6 weeks as needed. These help to stay on track and tuned in to training needs, progress tracking, exercise and nutrition plan. They’re also helpful for checking in with your coach regarding lifestyle changes that come up throughout a given week/month.
- Use of our FITBOT software for progress tracking and reporting.
