At Body by G Coaching by G, the strength and conditioning program offers an innovative approach to training - working on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete's individual goals. Coach G works with Middle School, High School, NCAA Collegiate, and Everyday athletes in sports including, but not limited to: Rowing, Track, Throwing, Swimming, Irish Dance, Aikido, Ice Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Field Hockey, Water Polo, Wrestling, and Football. The Body by G Coaching by G program includes instruction in functional movement, pre-habilitation exercises designed for injury reduction, linear and lateral speed development, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper weight training techniques, and functional strength. Sessions are an intense 60-90 minute workout with attention to proper technique and safety.
