There are some supplements that may keep you healthy by supporting your immune system.  As always, purchase the highest quality. Your body is your only asset.

Vitamin C 3-5 Grams 3 times a day.  (Grams—not milligrams……that is 3000-5000mg 3X daily)

Vitamin D3 1000-5000IU daily with food

Elderberry syrup and elderberry-zinc lozenges

Zinc—right when you begin to notice any symptoms.  The first 24 hour period is the best time for zinc to halt viral replication.

Coaching by G Morning Detox Drink

  • 12 ounces warm water
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Pink Sea Salt (Redmond Real Salt)
  • Juice from 1/2-1 organic lemon
  • Optional- add 1 TBSP raw organic Apples Cider Vinegar and 1 dash organic cayenne pepper and 1/2 teaspoon organic turmeric

The Morning DETOX drink works because:

*You have (hopefully) just slept 8+ hours with no hydration so starting the day with 12 ounces of water is just great hydration.

*Warm or room temperature water dilates (opens) blood vessels and starts the digestive system.  Warm water supplies many benefits on its own, and the addition of lemon and sea salt provides antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. 

*Lemons contain a high amount of vitamin C which helps the body boost its immune system. Yet, don’t just add it to your routine when you’re feeling sick; add it into your daily routine.

*Organic Leon juice contains d-limeone- a compound that helps flush toxins from the liver. Make sure your lemons are organic —using pesticide or chemical laden lemons defeats the purpose. 

*Apple Cider Vinegar flushes the liver, controls blood sugar, boosts your immune system and alkalizes your body to balance pH levels.

*Cayenne pepper-boosts metabolism, aids digestion and may support immune function.

*sea salt provides minerals (including iron). Salt up regulates your morning blood pressure (wake up dizzy?) and protects your adrenal glands.
