One-on-one training sessions with G can help an athlete work toward a specific goal. This individual time can help you, as an athlete, and Giulia, as a coach, connect on a certain subject or concern, and accomplish something great. These sessions might be for a person who is just starting out, or for a person who is interested in refining movement. Giulia has worked one-on-one with clients from ages 12-72, with different goals and different abilities. Everyone can benefit from one-on-one training.
One-on-one sessions add an extra layer of accountability, and enable specialized training. Through one-on-one training, clients learn to isolate and master certain movements that are beneficial to their sport or training.
Personal training sessions are available to all Coaching by G clients, on a as-requested basis for an additional session fee.
