Coaching is my calling. When I coach, I work with each person individually; I meet you where you are. Your goals, your fears, your hopes… we work through them all.

I work with student athletes, and I work with clients in their 70s. They have very different programming, but they will have the same opportunity to succeed on their level, on their terms.
Your individual programming will be challenging; but unlike group fitness courses, it’s a purposeful challenge, that meets you where you are. You won’t struggle through a workout trying to ignore an old injury, and re-injure yourself, because I know your story. I won’t program a bunch of box jumps for someone with a recent knee injury. We’ll take it slow and re-build strength and stability, focusing on the movement over the intensity.
